This Returns Policy outlines your rights and the procedures for returning products purchased from our online store, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To being a return simply email sales@yellowgrey.co.uk and instructions will be provided.

1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1.2 Items that are not eligible for return include:
  - Products that have been used or damaged by you.
  - Custom-made or personalised items.
  - Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.
  - Gift cards.

2. Return Period
2.1 You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to notify us of your intent to return the item.
2.2 After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

3. Initiating a Return
3.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@yellowgrey.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

4. Return Shipping
4.1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty, or we have made an error with your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Inspection and Approval
5.1 Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
5.2 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

6. Exchanges
6.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@yellowgrey.co.uk


7. Non-Refundable Items

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

8.2 You have 30 days from the date of delivery to claim a refund or replacement for faulty or damaged items.

9. Refunds for Sale Items
9.1 Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
